RE: Case Number 2004-672--Warning Notice

Dear [Residential Owners]:

On December 16, 2003, we sent the enclosed letter regarding radio frequency interference generated by an electronic device at your residence. The device is a TECO-Westinghouse control unit for a pond pump. The letter requested a response within 30 days. It was returned "unclaimed".

Please be advised that radio interference from this device is your responsibility, and the manufacturer has confirmed that the device is not designed for residential use. Failure to correct radio interference may lead to a monetary forfeiture. Forfeitures in these instances normally range from $7,500 to $10,000.

You are requested to advise this office within 10 days of the date of this letter as to what steps you are taking to correct this interference problem. If you have any questions about this matter, please feel free to contact me at 717-338-2502.
