(names and address withheld)
Fairfield, OH 45014

Dear (name withheld):

On December 21, 2004, we issued the enclosed letter to you regarding radio interference from a "resonant frequency therapy" or "Rife-Bare" device in your residence. The interference subsided after the letter, but resumed in March of this year.

As the enclosed March 2006 letter stated, this unresolved problem may be a violation of FCC rules and could result in a monetary forfeiture (fine). Please contact this office at 717-338-2502 within ten business days to discuss a solution.

Sincerely,

W. Riley Hollingsworth
Special Counsel
