Broadband over Power Line (BPL) poses a significant potential global interference problem to amateur radio. This Yahoogroups.com list is primarily directed toward a discussion of the interference being caused by BPL systems to amateur, CB and short-wave radio listeners. It is the most active of the BPL discussion groups, so it also serves as a resource for those interested in BPL (PLT/PLC) and its effects on the various users of the HF radio spectrum around the world. Members get access to some of the latest news articles and have the opportunity to discuss the implications of new developments in this rapidly changing area of interest. The list archives contain a great deal of useful information for anyone interested in understanding the BPL issues. This is a moderated list, with membership approved by the moderator.
