This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by

TOGO, 5V.  A group of operators are QRV as 5V7CC until April 28.
Activity is on 160 to 6 meters using CW, SSB, RTTY and EME.  QSL via
DL9MBI.

NEPAL, 9N.  Anat, 9N7YL along with Dov, 4Z4DX who is QRV as 9N7DX,
are both active until April 30.  Activity is on 20, 15, 10 and 6
meters using CW, RTTY and PSK31.  QSL via 4Z4DX.

BOTSWANA, A2.  A group of operators are QRV as A25FC until April 18.
Activity is on 160 to 10 meters using CW, SSB, RTTY and PSK.  QSL
via ON4CJK.

MAYOTTE, FH.  A group of operators will be QRV as TO2FH from April
18 to 25.  Activity will be on 160 to 10 meters using CW and SSB
with three stations active simultaneously.  QSL via operators'
instructions.

SAINT BARTHELEMY, FJ.  Anne, OH2YL is QRV as FJ/OH2YL until April
27.  Activity is on 160 to 10 meters using CW.  QSL to home call.

ENGLAND, G.  Members of the International Short Wave League are QRV
as GB65ISWL until April 17 in celebration of the ISWL's 65th
anniversary.  Activity is on the HF bands using SSB and PSK.  QSL
via G6XOU.

HUNGARY, HA.  Special event station HG15IPA is QRV until the end of
the year in celebration of the 15th anniversary of the Hungarian
Paks International Police Association.  Activity is on 160 to 10
meters using CW, SSB, RTTY, SSTV and PSK31.  QSL via HA3JB.
 
MARIANA ISLANDS, KH0.  Masahiko, JH4VUC will be QRV as AH0CD from
Saipan, IOTA OC-086, from April 17 to 19.  Activity will be on 40,
15, 10 and 6 meters using SSB.  QSL to home call.

GUAM, KH2.  After his Saipan operation, Masahiko, JH4VUC will be QRV
as AH0CD/KH2 from April 20 to 22.  Activity will be on 40, 15, 10
and 6 meters using SSB.  QSL to home call.

ANTARCTICA.  Luis is now QRV as LU1ZG from the Belgrano II Station.
QSL via LU4DXU.
  
CURACAO, PJ2.  Operators Jan-Willem, PA7JWC and Monique, PD7DB are
QRV as PJ2/homecalls until April 22.  Activity is on 80 to 6 meters
using CW, SSB, RTTY and PSK.  QSL to home calls.

MOUNT ATHOS, SV/A.  Monk Apollo, SV2ASP/A has been active using RTTY
on 17 meters between 1800 and 2100z.  QSL direct.

CENTRAL KIRIBATI, T31.  A group of operators will be QRV as T31A
from Kanton Island, IOTA OC-043, from April 17 to 28.  Activity will
be on 160 to 6 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY with six stations
active simultaneously from two locations.  QSL via W2IJ.

CHAD, TT.  Phil, F4EGS is QRV as TT8PK from N'djamena until June 15
while on business.  Activity is on 40 to 10 meters using CW, SSB and
RTTY.  QSL to home call.

AUSTRALIA, VK.  Craig, VK4LDX will be QRV as VK4LDX/p from Magnetic
Island, IOTA OC-171, from April 17 to 20.  Activity will be from
0600 to 1600z and then from 2100 to 0200z each day.  QSL to home
call.

MEXICO, XE.  Members of the Mexican Contest and DX Group will be QRV
as special event station 4A0IARU from April 18 to 24 to commemorate
the founding of the IARU 86 years ago and for World Amateur Radio
Day celebrated on April 18.  QSL via N7RO.

VIET NAM, XV.  A group of operators will be QRV as XV4YY from Phu
Quoc, IOTA AS-128, from April 18 to 30.  Activity is on all HF bands
and modes with two stations.  QSL via DH7WW.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The ARRL SSB Rookie Roundup, NCCC Sprint
CW Ladder, Holyland DX Contest, TARA Skirmish Digital Prefix
Contest, ES Open HF Championship, CQ Manchester Mineira CW DX
Contest, Feld Hell Sprint, Michigan QSO Party, EU Spring SSB Sprint,
EA-QRP CW Contest, Ontario QSO Party and the YU DX CW Contest are
all on tap for this upcoming weekend.  The ARLHS Annual Spring Lites
QSO Party runs from April 16 to 24.  The Run for the Bacon QRP CW
Contest is scheduled for April 18.  The 222 MHz Spring Sprint is
