This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
KQ2I, the OPDX Bulletin, The Daily DX, 425DXnews, DXNL, WA7BNM and
Contest Corral from QST.  Thanks to all.

ALGERIA, 7X.  7X0RY has been active using RTTY on 30 meters around
1930z and 17 meters around 1500z.  QSL via OK1DYW.

MALTA, 9H.  A group of Dutch amateurs will be QRV as 9H0VRZ from
Qawra, IOTA EU-023, for their 18th holiday and DXpedition, from
September 10 to October 2.  Activity will be on 80 to 6 meters, and
possibly 160 meters, using CW, SSB and the digital modes.  QSL via
PB9ZR.  They may also be QRV using their own 9H-callsigns.  QSL to
home calls.

CHINA, BY.  David, BA4DW/7 is QRV from Nan'ao Island, IOTA AS-129,
until September 13.  QSL direct to home call.

URUGUAY, CX.  Stations CX1SI and CX5BW have been QRV on 160 meters
around 0230z.  QSL direct to home calls.

ETHIOPIA, ET.  ET3TK has been QRV on 20 meters using CW between 1440
and 2100z.  QSL via OK1CU.
                    
FRENCH GUYANA, FY.  David, FY/F0CRS and Freddy, FY/F5IRO are QRV for
the next four months.  QSL both calls via F5KIN.
                    
ITALY, I.  Andrea, ID9/IZ0EHO is QRV from Isola Lipari Island, IOTA
EU-017, until September 18.  Activity is on all HF bands, including
6 meters, using SSB and digital modes.  QSL to home call.

ALASKA, KL7.  Bill, K4XS is QRV as AL0/K4XS from Saint Paul Island,
IOTA NA-028, until September 15.  His activity is primarily on 40
and 20 meters using CW from 0000 to 0700z.  QSL to home call.

ST. PETER AND ST. PAUL ROCKS, PY0S.  Joca, PS7JN is QRV as
PY0S/PS7JN until September 22.  He is active on all HF bands using
CW and SSB, but also various digital modes.  QSL to home call.

GREECE, SV.  Laci, HA0HW will be QRV as J48HW and SV8/HA0HW/p from
Thassos Island, IOTA EU-174, from September 11 to 18.  Activity will
be on 80 to 10 meters, including the newer bands, using CW, SSB,
RTTY and PSK31.  QSL to home call.
  
PALAU, T8.  Tony, KQ2I is QRV as T88AT until September 15.  Activity
is on 160 to 15 meters using mainly CW.  He is active generally
during his spare time.  QSL to home call.

TURKEY, TA.  Charlie, GI4FUE is QRV as TA4/GI4FUE from Marmaris
until September 13.  He is normally QRV on 20 meters SSB between
0800 to 1300z daily.  He may also be active on 17 and 15 meters as
well.  He will participate in the Worked All Europe contests and the
upcoming All Asia SSB contest.  QSL to home call.

FALKLAND ISLANDS, VP8.  Mike, VP8NO has been QRV on 30 meters around
0030z.  QSL via operator's instructions.

CAMBODIA, XU.  Wim, ON6TZ is QRV as XU7TZG until September 27.  He
is normally QRV on 20 and 15 meters.  QSL to home call.

SERBIA AND MONTENEGRO, YU.  Special event stations YU15ARDF and
4N15ARDF are QRV until December 31.  QSL both calls via YU1SRS.

ANTARCTICA.  Bede, ZL4KX is active as ZL5K during his short stay at
Scott Base on Ross Island.  Activity is on 40 and 20 meters using CW
and SSB.  QSL to home call.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The ARRL September VHF QSO Party, Worked
All Europe DX SSB Contest, Swiss HTC QRP Sprint, Arkansas QSO Party,
SOC Marathon CW Sprint, North American CW Sprint, Tennessee QSO
Party, ARCI End of Summer PSK31 Sprint and the YLRL Howdy Days will
certainly keep contesters busy this weekend.  Contesters are
reminded to please avoid operating near the frequencies being used
for Hurricane Katrina relief efforts.  Please see September QST,
