This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by

ALGERIA, 7X.  Members of the Algerian Radio Amateurs are QRV as
7U1MA during the month of November to celebrate the opening of
Algiers new subway.  Activity is on all HF bands.  QSL via 7X2ARA.

BARBADOS, 8P.  Operators Joachim, DL9MS, Frank, DL8YHR and Hermann,
DL2NUD will be QRV as 8P9MS, 8P9DL and 8P9HP, respectively, from St.
Peter Parish from November 7 to 21.  Activity is holiday style on
the HF bands.  This includes EME on 6 and 2 meters and 23 cm.  QSL
to home calls.

MALDIVES, 8Q.  Cesare, I0WDX is QRV as 8Q7CC from Furanafushi
Island, IOTA AS-013, until November 12.  Activity is on 40 to 10
meters using CW, SSB and RTTY.  QSL direct to home call.

BHUTAN, A5.  Just, LA9DL and Erling, LA6VM are QRV as A52DL and
A52VM, respectively, until November 13.  Activity is on 80 to 10
meters using CW, SSB and PSK.  QSL to home calls.  In addition,
Shin, JA2PSV is QRV as A52SV until September 2013.  Activity is on
15, 12 and 10 meters using CW, SSB, RTTY and PSK in his spare time.

EASTER ISLAND, CE0.  Joe, LA5UF is QRV as CE0Y/LA5UF until November
11.  Activity is on the HF bands using CW and PSK31.  QSL direct to
home call.

SOUTH COOK ISLANDS, E5.  Operator N7OU will be QRV as E51NOU from
Manihiki, IOTA OC-014, from November 8 to 22.  Activity will be on
80 to 10 meters using only CW.  QSL to home call.

GUADELOUPE, FG.  Armin, DK9PY will be QRV as FG/DK9PY from November
6 to 25.  Activity will be on 80 to 10 meters using only CW.  QSL to
home call.

SWITZERLAND, HB.  In memory of the life of Apple co-founder Steve
Jobs, members of the HB9ON Radio Group are QRV as HB9STEVE during
the month of November.  Activity is on the HF band using CW and SSB.

MARIANA ISLANDS, KH0.  Kan, JJ2RCJ is QRV as AH0/AB2RF from Saipan,
IOTA OC-086, until November 5.  Activity is on 80 to 30 meters using
mainly RTTY and PSK.  QSL to home call.

PUERTO RICO, KP4.  Sean, KX9X and Ward, N0AX will be QRV as NP4DX in
the ARRL November CW Sweepstakes contest.  Before and after the
contest, look for them to be active as home calls/KP4 on the HF bands
using CW and SSB.  QSL NP4DX via W3HNK and all others to home calls.
In addition, in celebration of Puerto Rico's 500th anniversary, look
for special event station K4E to be QRV from November 5 to 19.  QSL
direct via KP4ES.

PAPUA NEW GUINEA, P2.  Luk, SQ5RGR is QRV as P29FM from Lumi while
doing missionary work.  QSL via SQ1K.

CHAD, TT.  Phil, F4EGS is QRV as TT8PK from N'Djamena until December
23.  QSL to home call.

MARSHALL ISLANDS, V7.  Neil, WD8CRT is QRV as V73NS from Kwajalein,
IOTA OC-028, for the next three years.  QSL via W3HNK.

AUSTRALIA, VK.  Special event station VK100ARV is QRV during
November in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Wireless
Institute of Victoria.  QSL via bureau.
     
COCOS (KEELING) ISLAND, VK9C.  In addition to his Christmas Island
activity, Pekka plans to be QRV as VK9CM from November 5 to 7.
Activity will be on 40 to 10 meters using SSB.  QSL to home call.

CHRISTMAS ISLAND, VK9X.  In addition to his Cocos (Keeling) Island
activity, Pekka plans to be QRV as VK9XM from November 8 to 11.
Activity will be on 40 to 10 meters using SSB.  QSL to home call.

ASCENSION ISLAND, ZD8.  Tom, K7ZZ and Al, W6HGF plan to be QRV as
ZD8ZZ and ZD8F, respectively, from November 8 to 22.  Activity will
be on the HF bands, and possibly on 6 meters, using CW and RTTY and
maybe SSB.  QSL direct to home calls.
            
THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The ARRL CW Sweepstakes Contest, NCCC
Sprint, Ukrainian DX Contest, North American Collegiate ARC CW
Championship, High Speed Club CW Contest and the DARC 10-Meter
Digital Contest will certainly keep contesters busy this weekend.
The ARS Spartan CW Sprint is scheduled for November 8.  The CWops
Mini-CWT Test and RSGB 80-meter Club SSB Sprint are scheduled for
