This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by

FIJI, 3D2.  Aki, JA1NLX is QRV as 3D2YA from Mana Island, IOTA
OC-121, until November 27.  Activity is on 80 to 10 meters using CW.
QSL to home call.

TUNISIA, 3V.  Alex, GM0DHZ is QRV as 3V8SS until December 20 while
on holiday.  Activity is from the club station on 160 to 10 meters
using CW and SSB.  QSL via operator's instructions.

ZAMBIA, 9J.  Niko, S53A will be QRV as 9J3A from November 22 to
December 2.  Activity is on all HF bands.  This includes an entry in
the upcoming CQ WW CW contest.  QSL to home call.

EAST MALAYSIA, 9M6.  Operators 9M6DXX/p and 9M6XRO/p will be QRV
from Labuan, IOTA OC-133, from November 24 to 28.  Activity will be
on 160 to 10 meters using CW and SSB.  They may be active
simultaneously.  QSL both calls via M0URX.

NORTH COOK ISLANDS, E5.  Aki, JA1KAJ is QRV as E51QQQ from Manihiki
Atoll until December 9.  Activity is on 80 to 10 meters using CW,
SSB and possibly digital modes.  QSL to home call.

BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA, E7.  Members of the Radio Club Trebinje are
QRV as E760DPR until December 31 to celebrate the 60th anniversary
of their club.  Activity is on 80, 40 and 20 meters using CW and
PSK31.  QSL via E73DPR.

CANARY ISLANDS, EA8.  Jean, ON5JV and Georgette, ON6AK will be QRV
as EA8/homecalls from Tenerife, IOTA AF-004, from November 22 to
February 3 while on holiday and mostly during their evening hours.
Activity will be mostly on 40 and 20 meters.  QSL to home calls.

NEW CALEDONIA, FK.  Jean-Pierre, F5AHO will be QRV as FK/F5AHO from
the islands Grande Terre, IOTA OC-032, Lifou Island, IOTA OC-033 and
Pins Island, IOTA OC-032, on various days from November 23 to
December 12.  Activity will be on 40, 20 and 17 meters near the IOTA
frequencies.  QSL to home call.

REUNION ISLAND, FR.  RW3RN, UA4HOX and RA3AUU will be QRV as TO3R
from November 25 to December 6.  This includes an entry in the
upcoming CQ WW CW contest.  Activity will be mainly on the low
bands.  QSL via RW3RN.
 
JAPAN, JA.  Special event station 8J1UEC90 is QRV until January 12
in commemoration of the 90th anniversary of the University of
Electro-Communications.  QSL via bureau.

SURINAME, PZ.  Yuri, VE3DZ will be QRV as PZ5TT from November 25 to
December 1.  Activity will be on all bands using CW, SSB and RTTY.
This includes an entry in the upcoming CQ WW CW contest.  QSL to
home call.

CRETE, SV9.  A group of operators will be QRV as J49I from November
26 to December 1.  Activity will be on 160 to 10 meters using mainly
CW.  This includes an entry in the upcoming CQ WW CW contest.  QSL
via IK0EFR.

CENTRAL KIRIBATI, T31.  Toshi, JA8BMK is QRV as T31DX from Canton
Island, IOTA OC-043, until November 30.  Activity is on 160 to 10
meters using CW and SSB.  QSL direct to home call.

PALAU, T8.  HA7TM and HA5AO are QRV as T88CJ and T88CI,
respectively, from Koror Island, IOTA OC-009, until December 3.
Activity is on 160 to 10 meters using mostly CW.  This includes an
entry in the upcoming CQ WW CW contest as a Single Op/All Band
entry.  QSL to home calls.

REPUBLIC OF CONGO, TN.  Karl, K4YT is QRV as TN4Y from Brazzaville
until November 21, work schedule permitting.  Activity will be in
his early morning hours and after 1800z.  QSL to home call.

VIET NAM, XV.  Hans-Peter, HB9BXE plans to be QRV as XV4BX from Phu
Quoc Island, IOTA AS-128, from November 22 to 30.  Activity will be
on 160 to 10 meters using CW.  This includes an entry in the
upcoming CQ WW CW contest.  QSL via EB7DX.

OPERATIONS APPROVED FOR DXCC CREDIT.  The following operations are
approved for DXCC credit:  Bhutan, A52AM, operation from March 20
through September 26, 2007; Andaman and Nicobar Islands, VU4MY,
operation from October 24 through November 3, 2008; and Lakshadweep
Islands, VU7NRO, operation from October 24 through November 3, 2008.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The NAQCC Straight Key/Bug Sprint, NCCC
Sprint, YO International PSK31 Contest and LZ DX Contest are all on
tap for this weekend.  The SKCC CW Sprint and RSGB 80-Meter Club CW
