ARLP024 Propagation de KT7H

There were five consecutive days recently with no sunspots at all.
Solar flux over the past week stayed below 70, and averaged 10
points lower than the previous period. Geomagnetic conditions were
also stormy, making conditions poor all around. The current poor
conditions are caused by a recurrent coronal hole, and should last
through June 3. Another expected poor period is due from June 12
through 16, with the same cause.

Solar activity is expected to stay low. Somewhat higher flux is
expected by the middle of the month.

Sunspot Numbers for May 25 through 31 were 0, 0, 0, 13, 17, 13 and
12, with a mean of 7.9. 10.7 cm flux was 67.1, 66.3, 65.8, 66.6,
66.8, 67.5 and 68.9, with a mean of 67.

The current path projection is from Ohio to West Central Africa.

80 meters should be open from 0100 to 0400z, and 40 meters from 2330
to 0500. Check 30 meters from 2230 to 0545, and 20 meters from 1930
to 0200. The higher bands do not look promising given the low solar
activity.
