Effective October 10 at 1700z, the FCC has terminated its declared

several Gulf Coast states. The FCC has announced that amateurs may
resume routine use of the frequencies 3873 kHz and 7285 kHz, plus or

"The Federal Communications Commission wishes to thank everyone for
their cooperation and dedicated amateur service," said Joseph P.
