Ech year the ARRL Foundation awards more than 70 scholarships valued at nearly $90,000 to young FCC-licensed radio amateurs who exhibit strong academic performance as well as dedicated community service and active Amateur Radio involvement. 

The most prestigious award is the 4-year William R. Goldfarb Memorial Scholarship which ensures that the winner receives funding to pay the costs of education not covered by other scholarships and awards plus the family share as detailed in an annual FAFSA or SAR report.
