ARRL Foundation Board of Directors and Officers

Selection of the ARRL Officers and Board of Directors

The Directors of the ARRL Foundation are elected by majority vote by the ARRL Board of Directors. Upon the expiration of the term of each Director, the Directors of The American Radio Relay League, Inc. elect a successor Director of the corporation for a term of three (3) years.
