Each year the ARRL foundation undergoesa professional audit of its financial reocrds for the preceding year.  As an IRS-designated 501(c)(3) organization, the results of that audit are available to donors and other interested parties and are therefore published on the web.

Currently J.H. Cohn of Glastonbury Connecticut preforms the annual audit at the close of the Foundation's financial year at June 30.
