All ARRL VEC exam session materials, including software and forms, are supplied free of charge to ARRL accredited VE Team Liaisons (leaders).  We even pay for shipping to and from the VEC.

                         Non-ARRL Volunteer Examiner Teams
As a courtesy we will list other VECs information as our time permits. Even if the exam session is not intended to be coordinated through the ARRL VEC, we would like to be able to share your exam date and location information with the hundreds of people who contact us daily by phone, mail, e-mail and fax.  

Non-ARRL Volunteer Examiner Teams may register upcoming exam session dates and locations by visiting the Non-ARRL exam session registration page.

    Please complete all information on this form when registering an exam
         session and requesting any quanity of materials for the session.
                 Submit to ARRL VEC four weeks before the exam date.
    A red asterisk indicates a required field. You must complete these fields.

VE TEAM LIAISON.
The VE team liaison (leader) must be an ARRL VEC accredited VE.
Extra class ARRL VEs may administer Elements 2, 3 and/or 4 at the session.
Advanced class ARRL VEs are limited to Elements 2 and/or 3.
General class ARRL VEs are limited to Element 2 only.
