The companion software for the 1998 ARRL Handbook is provided here in a ZIP file. To install the software, extract the ZIP file to a temporary directory on your hard drive. In extracting the file, be sure to specify use of directory names. (For PKUNZIP, this means use the -d option.)

The readme.txt file located in the ZIP file gives further information.
