ARRL Magazine Delivery Problems
Here is an email I received from Amy Hurtado, ARRL HQ about what is being done to solve this problem with the mailing of QST magazines in Northwest Indiana.
"The mailing facility supplied the delivery point information on both January and February issue to our USPS representative and she is working on those complaints. I also have the mailing facility capturing images of the actual addressed magazines for March, of these problem addresses, to confirm they are in the data and also addressed correctly. The USPS is working on finding any problems with the delivery routing and also with the Gary, IN facility. I did submit a formal complaint with the US Postal Inspectors. We are all working toward a solution which can be conveyed to the effected members. Thank you for helping in compiling the information required to form a case with the USPS."
I (W3ML) also received an email from an Amateur who works at the Gary Postal System and he believes the problem is with the mailing labels. I will keep you posted to developments as they occur.
